This Privacy Policy explains how Kiddio Cosmic STEM Club handles information when users browse toys, save favourites, manage a cart, view company information, and prepare an order request. The application is designed as a local toy catalogue and order-request experience. It does not include user accounts, advertising, analytics, online payments, or a developer-operated backend database.
The application does not automatically collect names, postal addresses, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, advertising identifiers, or payment information. The app does not contain Firebase, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, authentication services, or tracking software.
The app does not contain an in-app account form or checkout form. When a user selects "Send order request," the app prepares an email containing the selected product names, quantities, unit prices, line totals, and cart total. The message is opened in an external email application addressed to dev@kiddiotoys.store. The user can review, edit, cancel, or send that email. Information is shared only when the user chooses to send it through the external email service.
Cart information is used to calculate quantities and GBP totals on the device. Favourite and recently viewed information is used to restore the user's saved selections and browsing history. Theme and onboarding preferences are used to remember the user's display choice and whether onboarding has been completed. An order-request email is used only to ask KIDDIO TOYS LTD to confirm product availability, delivery details, and payment instructions.
The app uses Android SharedPreferences to store the cart, product quantities, favourite product identifiers, recently viewed product identifiers, theme choice, and onboarding completion status. Structured cart and list data is stored locally as JSON strings. This information remains on the device unless the user clears it, clears the app's data, or uninstalls the app.
The application does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, cloud database, authentication, or payment services. It can open external applications through Android intents, including an email app, web browser, phone dialler, or maps application. Those external applications and services operate under their own privacy policies.
The app does not automatically transmit local cart, favourite, recently viewed, theme, or onboarding data to KIDDIO TOYS LTD or any third party. An itemised order request is shared with the selected email provider and KIDDIO TOYS LTD only when the user chooses to send the email. Website, telephone, and map actions are handled by the external application selected by the user.
Local preferences and cart data remain on the device until the user changes or clears them, resets application data, or uninstalls the app. If the user sends an email, retention of that message is controlled by the user's email provider and the recipient's normal business communication practices. Users may request deletion of information they have directly emailed to KIDDIO TOYS LTD by contacting dev@kiddiotoys.store, subject to any legitimate record-keeping needs.
The application limits its data handling to local Android app storage and user-initiated external intents. No method of storage or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in an order-request email.
The current AndroidManifest.xml does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, phone-call, photo/media, notification, or storage permissions. The app opens the dialler rather than placing a call directly, and it opens a maps app rather than reading the device's location.
The application presents toys and learning products but does not provide user accounts, social features, behavioural advertising, or automatic collection of children's personal information. Order and contact communications should be completed by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information by email, they may contact KIDDIO TOYS LTD to request review or deletion.
The Contact screen can open the official website, email applications, the phone dialler, and a maps application. The Cart screen can open an email application with an itemised order request. The app does not control how those external applications process information. Users should review the privacy terms of the service they choose to use.
Users can remove products from the cart, clear the complete cart, remove favourites, change quantities, switch the visual theme, cancel an external email before sending it, clear the app's local data through Android settings, or uninstall the app.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's features, data handling, or contact information change. The revised policy should display a new effective date. Users should review the latest version made available with the app or its store listing.
